There are quite a few rumors running around the internet about the eligibility of Barack H. Obama to hold the nations highest office.  I checked them out on factcheck.org and a few other sites and found that the fact checking has been fairly weak, and, for the most part, only published what the Obama Campaign site published.  There is a reputable Democrat in PA who has filed a law suite asking for Barack H. Obama to release some records, records that John McCain has made available already, to put this issue to rest once and for all.

Before I "roll the videos" I would like to point out to you that Barack Obama used legal technicalities to win his first state seat by removing all the other contestants from the state ballot(1).  So, this is not just some "Republican Dirty Trick" or a spurious distraction as charged, and could be laid to rest in a matter of hours if Barack H. Obama would simply release his records as the other candidates have done.

Now there are some fairly interesting questions raised by "syc1959" that I am sure a forensic computer specialist could verify or discount fairly easily if given access to both the original documents and the two official Obama Campaign image files available online.  It would be a very simple matter for Barack H. Obama to put this issue to rest and I can't fathom why one would not simply release documents unless there was something to hide.

This next video is from one of my favorite YouTube channels, illumiatitv.   This video is over 10 minutes long, but has interviews with the democrat who filed the law suite, it covers who he is, his qualifications and, in his own words, why he is bringing this matter up.  This is not some seedy McCain plant, you can check the guy out on your own.  He is legit.

Interesting stuff. So what is the big deal?  Most people believe that he was born in Hawaii as he claims, myself included, but if he was then a citizen of another country, Indonesia, where he was not permitted to hold dual citizenship, and subsequently had to go be processed through the INS to be readmitted into this country...he is no longer eligible for the Presidency of the United States.  Admittedly a technicality, but a legitimate one, just like the technicalities that got all of Barack H. Obama's competitors removed from the ballot in Illinois; just like the technicalities that got Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dorhn off of their bombing charges.
