The Barack Obama Staffer Job Application that Barack Obama would not Fill Out During the Campaign

I have to tell you gentle reader how blown away I was when I finally got my hand on the Barack Obama Questionnaire for potential Obama Administration staffers. All the questions that Obama would not answer are contained within the 7 page document. This is the absolute height of hypocrisy in my opinion.
In the Professional Background section there is a request for "all resumes and biographical statements issued by you or any other entity at your discretion or with your consent within the past ten years." As well as a requirement to provide the names of "all corporations, firms, partnerships, trusts, or other business enterprises, and all non-profit organizations and other such institutions with which you are now, or during the past ten years have been, affiliated with as an, attorney or consultant." "If you or your spouse have ever lived or worked abroad, please describe the circumstances."
AND MY FAVORITE, question 8:
Briefly describe the most controversial matters you have been involved with during the course of your career.
Isn't that what Barack Obama avoided through out the entire 2-years of his campaign?
The questionnaire gets even more detailed in asking questions and for documents that Barack Obama would not answer or provide. In section II the Obama's ask for a list and copy of "each book, article, column or publication (including but not limited to any posts or comments on blogs or other websites) you have authored, individually or with others. Please list all aliases or "handles" you have used to communicate on the Internet." This is from the same Obama who would not release his college thesis or a single article he wrote for the Harvard Law Review! Double Standard Mania.
Section III is about Relationships and Affiliations. Funny how these were distractions and irrelevant while Obama was campaigning, but now are very important for his subordinates. Question 17 asks about membership in organizations that "as a matter of policy or practice, denied or restricted membership or affiliation based on race, sex, disability, ethnic background, religion or sexual orientation OR HAS BEEN SUBJECT TO A CLAIM THAT IT HAS DONE SO?" Barack Obama belongs to the Congressional Black Caucus, only membership requirement is black skin.
The same section asks for details about any involvement that you or your spouse has had with "Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, AIG, and Washington Mutual"! Now this is not racist anymore as it was with Franklin Raines...
The other sections include Financial Information (statements of net worth, brokerage statements, loans..). Tax Information (all tax returns for 2005 and all subsequent years). Legal Proceedings (suits as plaintiff or defendant or third party. Any investigations you were involved in) Domestic Help (do you or did you have any.)
The last section is "Miscellaneous" and covers everything from "the URL of any websites that feature you in either a personal or professional capacity (e.g., Facebook, My Space, etc.)" to "Do you or any member of your immediate family own a gun?"
But the most interesting question is Question 61.
Have you had any association with any person, group or business venture that could be used - even unfairly - to impugn or attack your character and qualifications for government service?
This whole process was what the American People should have demanded of Barack Obama, and when asked he refused accusing the questioners to of being racist, distracting, divisive and petty. I am expecting this to be the trend in the new Obama Administration, of feeling above questioning, above investigation, above reason and worse, I fear this is an example of how Barack Obama believes he is above the law.
