Weekend Discussion - Is the appointment of so many ex-Cinton's a good thing for Obama's Cabinet?

Much as been made of Obama's promise of Change and to "end politics as usual" in Washington DC.  Can the re-introduction of so many former Clinton staffers and cabinet members really represent Change?
