Holder told hundreds of Justice Department employees gathered for the event that they have a special responsibility to advance racial understanding.  So now the Justice Department is supposed to be the racial healers and race police? Is that a bit of an over-reach for the Justice Department?

Even when people mix at the workplace or after work social events, Holder argued, many Americans in their free time are still segregated inside what he called "race-protected cocoons."  Will Eric Holders Justice Department cite you for not having met the quota for a racially balanced circle of friends?  Will black people need to start loving mayonnaise and Hispanics fall in love with basketball, will White folk need to get into rap and soccer to be politically correct?

"Saturdays and Sundays, America in the year 2009 does not in some ways differ significantly from the country that existed almost 50 years ago. This is truly sad," said Holder.

Eric Holder is completely out of touch and represents the racial problem in the USA.  He does not understand affinity, which is the backbone of lasting relationships.  Race is not a barrier to true affinity.

In short, as my mentor would say, "Erice Holder? He's a Putz".
